Chalet Observatory
Built to point toward the Milky Way. Every window, every angle, every detail was designed with one intention — to make you look up.

Chalet Observatory
Chalet Observatório is not a small house. It's a carefully designed experience that happens to have walls.
The property sits on 528 m² in Alto Paraíso, about 2.5 km from the city center, embedded in the native Cerrado. The constructed area is 60 m² — compact by design, not by limitation. Every element was positioned with intention: windows facing the sunrise for morning preparation, the bedroom oriented toward the Milky Way, the outdoor bathing area open to the sky with no overhead obstructions.
The north deck, porch, terrace, and outdoor areas were deliberately kept free of any ceiling — so that whether you're stretching after a hike, sitting by the fire pit, or lying in the hammock, the sky above is always complete.
A telescope for stargazing. A fire pit that, as the owners say, is better than any television — more interaction, more warmth, more presence. Hidden crystals and native plants line the entrance path and hammock area, placed there to slow things down before you even step inside.
The observatory terrace — reached by climbing the stairs — offers a hanging chair that feels like floating above the Cerrado.
Built in 2022. Fully documented with public deed. A property that was conceived as a singular experience, and delivers on that promise.

Features:
— A NOTE FROM CRIS
I show this property to a very specific kind of person — someone who understands that the experience of a place matters as much as its size or price. Chalet Observatório was built by someone who thought deeply about what it means to be in Chapada dos Veadeiros, and it shows in every detail. The telescope, the hot tub, the way the windows are positioned — nothing here was accidental. For someone looking for a personal retreat, a unique Airbnb opportunity, or simply a place that feels unlike anywhere they've stayed before, this is the one.
— PRACTICAL NOTES FOR FOREIGN BUYERS
Brazilian banks do not offer mortgages to foreign buyers — purchasing requires available capital. The buyer is responsible for notary costs and the ITBI property transfer tax (2–3% of the property value). Cris handles every step of this process with you.
